The next stop on the Heirloom Sewing Techniques for Today’s Quilter Blog hop is Faith from Fresh Lemons Quilts.
Faith has a wonderful book out about vintage patterns made new again. I have known Faith for a couple of years now when Catherine and I launched the Naperville Modern Quilt Guild. She was one of our charter members! Faith is incredibly talented, and her quilts are impeccably pieced, and gorgeously quilted. Faith’s work IS Modern quilting to me. She embodies the aesthetic perfectly, so much so that her quilts appear in numerous magazines and also on the MQG’s rotating quilt front page! Faith is a fab mom too, and she has the cutest dog on the planet, Delux.
Some of Faith’s gorgeous patterns would be perfect for some fabric manipulation! Go check them out.
Be sure to check out the rest of the hop too!
