Blog Hop Stop #4 – Lynn Krawczyk of Smudged Textiles Studio
My friend Lynn is a “paint flinger”. There, I said it. Lynn is a really fabulous fabric artist who I finally got to meet when we both taped for Quilting Arts: me for season 12, and she for her DVD Color Theory Made Easy. Lynn’s DVDs are staples in my studio. When I taped my DVD, I thought, “I hope I can be as smooth as Lynn”. I was so lucky to be able to watch her tape her DVD, because it really helped when I went to tape my own! She is a wonderful teacher. She has a great book out now, called Intentional Printing, which is a bible of surface design techniques.
Check out Lynn’s stop on the blog hop, because she’s used some of her fab printed, painted fabric with one of the techniques on the DVD!
Be sure to check out the rest of the hop too!
