Do you hang your art in your studio?
If you have seen any of the many videos I have made for my Technique of the Week Series on YouTube, you’d see the spot I regularly sew from, and the ever changing wall of artwork I hang behind me. It’s two layers of a curtain wire I got from IKEA for about $13 each. The clips are $3. I can rotate out many of the small and larger (up to about 48 inches) on these for a great variety of inspiration.
I can hang bigger quilts from the top set, or two rows of smaller ones when I feel like it. I change them about every quarter, usually with the seasons. It’s getting to be that time of year, and I’m excited about changing it up in the studio.
