I’m so excited to bring back my Technique of the Week Series! Now, I have to tell you, A LOT has changed since I have done this last, so please bear with me as I get my bearings again!
You may have noticed the super awesome new set! I just could not cram my lights and tripod into my sewing studio any more. So now I have a permanent set for my videos, which means you will see a lot more videos from me in the future. I want to thank Dritz for the notions on set and Aurifil as our thread sponsor on set! Here’s my latest TOTW video:
If you want a super great visual tutorial on Reverse Applique, please check out Margaret’s amazing link here. She has great instructions. I LOVED this technique over the previous freezer paper version! I met Margaret at Quilt Festival many years ago, and each year we hang out and catch up. Her applique patterns are truly stunning, and I encourage you to visit her website at Eye of the Beholder Quilt Design!
To celebrate TOTW’s return, I am giving away a copy of Margaret’s awesome Lily pattern to one lucky commenter! Leave a comment about what I said at the end of the video to be entered! The contest will run until July 29th, and a winner picked on Saturday. I can’t wait for you to try this pattern out for yourself!
